New Cobot Solution Strengthens Automation Expertise at MTM Power

MTM Power has successfully commissioned a new cobot at its main site in the Schwarzatal region of Germany.

The system automates standardized electrical testing processes and supports modern, efficient manufacturing operations.The new solution increases process reliability, relieves employees from repetitive tasks and ensures consistently high testing quality.

A key highlight of the project is the high level of in-house implementation. Major parts of the system – from mechanical integration and assembly to cobot programming and testing technology integration – were realized internally.

With this successful project, MTM Power is further expanding its expertise in automation engineering, testing technology and special-purpose machinery.

At the same time, the new solution creates a foundation for additional automation projects within the company.
