For the most demanding conditions
The Unique, Patented, Thermoselective Vacuum Encapsulation
MTM Power utilizes thermoselective vacuum encapsulation, a proprietary, patented technology for the complete sealing of electronic components. This process protects against aggressive environmental conditions such as shock, vibration, conductive dust, moisture, condensation, and contamination. Furthermore, thermoselective vacuum encapsulation ensures homogeneous temperature distribution and targeted heat dissipation from hotspots, while simultaneously optimizing heat transfer in products with base-plate cooling. The encapsulation protects electrolytic capacitors from drying out, thus extending the lifespan of the entire power supply. Additionally, the vacuum encapsulation achieves various high protection classes (IP6X) that would otherwise only be possible with the use of an elaborate housing.
Comprehensive testing
Our In-House Testing Laboratory
Our in-house testing laboratory is a central pillar of our expertise in development and quality assurance. Here, we conduct comprehensive tests for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electrical safety, and specified parameters across the entire temperature range. This ensures that our power supply solutions comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
Additionally, we support our customers in integrating the products into their respective customer applications.
MTM Power also offers testing laboratory services.

Traceability, quality assurance, and 100% final inspection
The Basis of our Reliability
Quality and reliability are the cornerstones of MTM Power's corporate philosophy. To ensure this, all our power supply solutions undergo 100% testing. All devices undergo up to ten different tests before product release, including comprehensive electrical safety tests.
A computer-aided quality management system ensures seamless traceability and thus guarantees the consistently high quality of our products. With this system, we can trace the entire manufacturing process for each individual product.
