Skilled Workers: Industrial Electricians and Electronics Technicians for Devices and Systems

With around 200 employees at our various locations, MTM Power is one of the leading manufacturers of power supplies in Germany and was awarded as “Hidden Champions Thüringen” in 2023. To strengthen our team, we are looking for production employees for immediate start at our headquarters in Schwarzatal.

What Tasks Await You?

  • Soldering and assembling components using SMD and THT technology according to drawings and bill of materials,
  • Inspection and re-soldering of electronic components,
  • Operation of inspection, assembly, or soldering equipment,
  • Independent troubleshooting and repair of complex assemblies,
  • Maintenance and repair of systems, machines, and testing equipment,
  • Responsibility for the quality and on-time delivery of shipments.

What We Expect from You:

  • Manual dexterity,
  • Attention to detail and quality awareness,
  • Commitment and willingness to perform,
  • Technical understanding,
  • Professional experience in manufacturing is an advantage,
  • Prerequisite: Skilled worker qualification,
  • Industrial Electrician or Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or comparable qualification
