MTM Power offers students insights into the profession of electronics technician for devices & systems

As in previous years, the “Career Day” took place on January 23, 2025, at the State Secondary School “Friedrich Fröbel” in Oberweißbach. During this event, MTM Power introduced the profession of Electronics Technician for Devices & Systems to students in grades 8 to 10. Using an entertaining PowerPoint presentation, the students were able to learn interesting facts about this apprenticeship and about the employer MTM Power. In addition to the lecture, there was also a practical part, which was well received by the students. Under the guidance of MTM Power, they were allowed to assemble a flashlight and perform soldering work. This allowed them to gain their first insights into practical electronics. They learned, among other things, how to set a soldering cone, what a resistor is, and how to work with circuit boards.
