MTM Power appoints new Head of Sales and Marketing

MTM Power is pleased to announce that Mr. Luis Miguel Faria da Graça has been appointed as the new Head of Sales and Marketing, effective November 1, 2024.
Mr. Miguel Graça will manage this role from our Frankfurt office.

Mr. Graça will assume leadership and further develop our global sales team, driving the company's future growth. His extensive experience includes 25 years of international sales and business development across various markets and regions, making him a great addition to our team.

His previous positions included Head of Sales and Marketing at SEG Electronics GmbH, Manager Business Development at ABB Power Electronics GmbH, Regional Sales Manager Industry Europe at Bender GmbH & Co. KG, and various sales leadership positions at Fuji Electric Europe GmbH and Woodward GmbH.

MTM Power has a clear strategy for future revenue growth:

We are focusing on the further expansion of markets for industrial vehicles and industrial applications in Europe under the current conditions of the emerging recession, and are prioritizing the international expansion of these two areas outside of Europe. Supporting the industrial sector, we are pursuing strategic initiatives to actively tap into future market opportunities in areas such as defense, marine, and energy.

In the growth market of “Rail/Railway”, we are consistently focusing on further market penetration nationally and internationally.

MTM Power is pleased that Miguel Graça will lead our sales strategies described above, thanks to his extensive experience in sales and human resources development, as well as his industry knowledge.

Mr. Steffen Heinrich, who has been acting as interim Head of Sales since May 2024, is actively supporting the handover phase to Mr. Miguel Graça.
